Had my first appointment with Erica yesterday. She cleaned up a color mess that my former stylist left me with. It took a little over 2 hours, which was lightning fast for the chore she had. Clearly she knows what she's doing. I've not been so happy with my hair in years. I found my new stylist! The Salon is nice, bright and clean. It's a lovely environment. Everyone was super nice. There's only street parking, so you might want to add a little more time to arrive at the salon.

My stylist was great and I left with the haircut I wanted. However, when I walked in for my appointment, The girl behind the counter asked I wanted to check in. I said yes and she checked me in. She told me to have a seat at the high top and my stylist would be right with me. She didn’t offer me any kind of drink and was on her phone the entire time. I was on time for my appointment but had to wait 15 minutes for my stylist. When paying for haircut, I wasn’t asked if I wanted to make another appointment. I love the concept of this place, it just needs better customer service

Incredible! From the greet over the phone to the reminders sent to the arrival of appt. They offer On Tap - Coffee, Komucha, and Teas! The front desk greeted me with a smile and showed me to the stylist chair. My hair cut appt was with Christine. And the manager of the salon, Amanda, made sure I was in love with my hair cut. I most certainly have not been this excited about a haircut after not having one in 6 months. They even took pictures. Great experience. I would drive 3 hrs to stay with Para amd Christine.
