Timothy took the time to walk me through the process of treating for fleas 🤢 🐜 left behind in my newly purchased home. He asked me questions along the way and as a consumer feeling heard moves mountains! Timothy knocked this service out of the park. Days later I reached out to ask follow up questions which he did not have to reply directly to me but HE DID! and even was kind enough to give me alternative solutions to continue eradicating them until they return for another treatment. Although we did have an issue with the technician that came on site to one of my rental properties, the claims department did issue a partial refund and agreement to compensate us for the damage that occurred.
Keith came out to help us and gave us all the info we needed. Felt safe with him in our home and with our dog. I highly recommend him. He's very professional and we will certainly be using this offices services in the future if we need a return visit.Service: Cockroach extermination
