I've had many athletic injuries over the years and TH is hands-down the best PT I've worked with - not only did he help me fix my rotator cuff problem but he also helped me understand my shoulder anatomy so I can head off problems in the future.
Highly recommend Melina. I am seeing her for PT related to postpartum recovery (low back/shoulder pain, pelvic floor, and ab rehab). Everything is catered and personalized specifically to me, and I’ve seen a lot of progress! I can tell she really listens and cares about me and my recovery.
Edit/update: I also have seen dan for dry needling related to constant daily headaches/migraines that kicked up after having my baby, it has been extremely helpful in reducing my frequency and intensity of headaches. Definitely worth a try if you have tension headaches or migraines related to tight neck or shoulder muscles.
