I love that this company encourages buyers to be present for the inspection. Ken Rowe was amazing! He walked through everything with me and explained everything to me as a first time homebuyer. He was incredibly kind, funny, and so so helpful! Not to mention GREAT price for GREAT service!
I would, and have, recommended Minnesota Home Inspectors to everyone I know who is currently in the market for a home. Ken is straight-forward, knowledgeable and honest. He allowed us to tag along for the inspection and answered all of our questions. He also caught an important health hazard that a previous inspector on the property completely missed. To add to that, his assistance extended past the actual inspection itself. We were able to reach out to him with questions about what specific repairs/specialists we needed to ask for during the negotiation process. For our next home purchase, we will without a doubt be returning customers.
