I have utilized this clinic for my primary care needs since moving to Minnesota 10 years ago. Additionally, as a psychologist, I have referred multiple patients to Bethesda. I don't make referrals lightly, but I have always received positive feedback.
Bethesda is a training clinic for the University of Minnesota Medical School. This means exceptional thoroughness. Yes, that can take more time, but it seems like a fair trade-off to me. I grew up in this neighborhood but this was my first time going to this clinic location. I had an awesome experience coming here. The staff was amazing from the check in all the way to the lab. Dr. Venzon was professional, thorough and so knowledgeable! I felt so comfortable with her and the nurse assistant Emily. They made me feel safe and they were very informative on explaining everything. This will definitely be my new clinic from now on. They were able to get my medical records easily and knew my medical history. I love the location and parking was easy. Also, it was easy to get an appointment within less than a couple weeks from calling.
I've found the staff, nurses and my primary physician at this clinic to be extremely kind, caring, and open to thoroughly discussing how they can best support me and address any health concerns. They have more then exceeded my expectations. Wait times have been low, communication has been quick and while the facility seems a bit cramped it's well kept and clean.
