Very happy with Lone Oak. This is my third summer in my house. They installed the system here so I continued with them. They show up on time. When something has needed to be fixed, they've done it reasonably priced. Especially true when the entire back of the system was destroyed by the company who installed my fence.
Edit: Now my 9th summer. Lone Oak has still been great. Turn-on/blow-out prices have increased but still well worth it.
When the city did backflow inspections, I had zero issues. My system had been installed properly and I didn't have to do anything.

I've been using Lone Oak for two years now. The previous home owners used them and despite our area being a little further out then they'd like, they still came out and serviced our home for 2 years. I got a letter in the mail and follow up communication from them about no longer servicing the Blaine area (which I expected sooner or later) and they even referred me to someone who did that the recommended. We have 9 zones with 45 sprinkler heads. Not only was it way out of their way, but they took the time to check every single one on each visit.
We moved into a new house and they started up our irrigation system. They were on time, took time to explain the system, and make recommendations on how to efficiently use the system.The gentleman that helped us really takes pride in his work and spent time chatting with my son towards the end of the service.The price for the start up was very reasonable given all they do.I would highly recommend them!
