Wish we had Googled before we picked Legacy. Just learned the FTC is suing this company!! And with good reason.

We were so upset with the bait-and-switch predatory tactics employed by Legacy Cremation and Families First funeral homes. My mother picked Legacy because she is on Social Security and they quoted her the cheapest price ($895) to cremate her son. After we downloaded and filled out all their paperwork, they sent her an itemized list of additional trumped up charges (see photo), which more than doubled the total. Have never worked with such a person at Legacy! Especially who claimed to have a master. Saksit Vang is very rude! Very pushy! No knowledge of sympathy/empathy for the grieving family. Very difficult person to work with. He made it his time not the family. HE NEED TO RESIGN!

LegacyNot your average funeral place. It’s just a simple hall that is used as a funeral. Lots of space. Parking could use some work. Don’t expect a beautiful interior or fancy furniture or soft sofa. No. Simple chairs and tables. You are paying for the huge space.Hmong people use that place all the time.Hmong owned.Recommended
