I was having some work done on my property and step one was to remove the radiators. If Hinding hadn't come to my rescue I would have been in big trouble with the project! 5/8/25 - we had an issue with our AC. Called Tom and he came out the next day. No charge for this service call as there was an issue with the new furnace that was covered under warranty. Tom checked out the AC unit as well to make sure we were ready for summer. Other companies I've used in the past would have charged us for anything beyond the warranty items, not Tom. He recognizes the importance of excellent customer service.
Coldest day of the 24-25 MN winter happened on MLK day. Same day our 23 year old furnace decided to stop working. Called the company that installed the furnace first - they didn’t have time for us unless we wanted to wait until after hours...read full review
