Qualified and nice stuff, but it felt like going to a drive thru. They asked very few questions, took no time to get to know me or get a 360 understanding. I wasn't a patient, just someone getting a service done. I got what I needed but it was the worse experience I've had with an OBGYN, which is sad because I specifically sought a Black woman for reassurance. Not going back there for sure!
I was hesitant about visiting this clinic due to the large amount of negative reviews, but everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly, and everyone from the woman tidying up the waiting room (who helped a little kid find a book to read!) to the nurse who checked me in to the doctor to the lab technician were all wonderful.
I think this place has an amazing care team. They got me in minutes after my appointment time, they were understanding & really wanted to get to the root problem of my symptoms. Front desk was so kind & helpful. My nurse & doctor were absolutely incredible. Highly recommend.
