John Longman was very knowledgeable of flooring to narrow down the exact floor that we would be happy with, great customer service as I retired from customer service after 46 years.The installers were the key and face of Hamernicks, they were efficient and professional. Hamernicks installed carpet planks on our main living area plus marmoleum in our kitchen. This was a big project and we needed a lot of time deciding on the colors, designs, etc. John L was a big help and very patient with the project. The installation was quick and very well done, we are very happy. The overall cost of the project was reasonable and John L was also very helpful setting up a no interest payment plan.
