I bought a vintage purse from the online store for $91. I knew it was old and wasn’t in perfect condition, but the pictures failed to show the extent of the damage. The said the damage was shown and that I could return minus the shipping. I really feel as thought I was duped. The whole backside of the purse was not shown in the photos. Their customer service is extremely poor as well. Very rude

I would give zero if I could. I bought an item on auction and (as others also say) it was shipped way late.There was more damage than listed and the listing had another item in it which I didn't even receive. They got arrogant about refunding and claimed they already invested their time and resources. Really?
Goodwill needs to spend some of their vast amount of money training people in the online stores how to photograph (and please show better pictures of flaws, signatures, blah blah blah), list with the proper categories (there are many things in *Antiques* that are not. A lot of items do not qualify as *Art* either and so on), proper titles... read full review

Items do not get shipped on time. I purchased and paid for an item on 8/2. It is now 8/13 and that item still has not been shipped. I expect Goodwill to honor their shipping policy of 5 business days, but this location ignores that policy. Unacceptable.
