I have chronic pain, so I see Dr Holm weekly as part of my management plan. He’s is a great mix of Eastern and Western knowledge and is always able to offer someone that works for my current concern. We’ve done Chinese cupping and trigger point for migraines, acupuncture for pain relief and energy flow, and a variety of chiropractic approaches for pain. He’s also great at explaining what he’s doing and why, which helps me be a better advocate for my own health. Plus, they are covered by my insurance! I always leave my appointments feeling lighter and more relaxed! I highly recommend his office!
