I have had several massages over the past 20+ years and Sarah at Crocus Hill Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine is the VERY BEST!! She asks how you are feeling that day and if anything is new or has changed. Sarah knows just how much pressure to apply on both sore and stiff muscles. She is friendly and kind. After my massage I feel so relaxed like I am floating, so peaceful, and less soreness and stiffness. I highly recommend Sarah at Crocus Hill Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine for your massage needs.
Erin gives nurturing cares every time I visit her. I received acupuncture, cupping and gua sha treatment today, and I felt restored after working stressful shifts. I love going to Crocus Hill!!
Okay hold the freaking phone … I basically had an emergency massage therapy session with Krista yesterday because I had knots in my back that were impacting the range of motion of my neck.
Not only have I not been sleeping well for over a week, but it was hard to drive, and I had this low-level mood and agitation that I couldn’t stretch my way out of.
I thought a session with Krista could help, and OMG I feel so much better!! It was my very first session with her, and I left feeling super relaxed, I have more range of motion in my neck, and there’s way less pain.
