Excellent company. They found all of the connections for cable throughout the entire house. Previous owners did not liable anything \\u0026 abruptly took main connection out without labeling. Cool Tech put it all back together.

I had dropped the Iphone while plugged in and it had trouble charging after that. I thought the port was broken.
Richard examined the phone and found some crud packed into the port and removed it. That was it. It took him only 5min or less. And to top it off he dropped the service fee. What a guy.
