I cannot say enough great things about Capoeira Minnesota. Guerreiro is not only an exceptional human, but he’s an exceptional instructor. My children adore him and capoeira. We chose capoeira for several reasons: exposure to history, exposure to music, exposure to another language, community…capoeira is about working together to make each other stronger and not going against each other. It’s a team effort. I love that. I love that when my kids are practicing they’re helping each other and not competing. The other thing I love is that parents are encouraged to join their kids. The adults and children can do this together. It’s been a wonderful opportunity for us to bond as a family. So incredibly grateful for Capoeira Minnesota. ♥️
Caring instructors who love capoeira and their students.
This school is amazing my daughters love it the teachers a phenomenal, and they teach such awesome things. They are so friendly and open there you feel like you are amongst family. They encourage the children to be the best they can be but at the same time do a fantastic job at making every child feel special. The curriculum is wonderful followed by vocabulary lessons and music lessons. They don't just teach martial arts they teach the culture of it as well. It's a great, fun, structured, educated environment for kids and adults to come be themselves and learn things about a different culture. The teachers there make it all come together though they go above and beyond to make every person feel comfortable, confident, safe, secure, and well taken care of. Words can't express how amazing the teachers are. If you are interested in any type of martial arts this is the place to be.
