I was surprised to see these negative reviews and decided to write about my 97 year old mother's experience there after falling and needing hip surgery in January 2025. She had previously chosen Capitol View after a knee replacement and really liked the place. She had a good experience both times. I especially like that therapy is offered 7 days a week, often two times a day. This makes a huge difference. Everyone we encountered, from the unit receptionist, to the financial person, to the nurses were kind and caring. I would highly recommend Capitol View. I have been for a week and the entire staff has been wonderful. Everyone is very professional and very friendly. They all come in at shift change to introduce themselves so that you know who your nurse is. They continually check in to see if you need anything! I have been very impressed with the attention and the customer service provided!
