John was on time, looked at various solutions and was great to have solving our problem. We’ll definitely use them again as we’ve Bern searching for a dependable, quality plumber.
Jared was the plumber that assisted me today. He put in three new toilets, including cleaning up and hauling the old ones out. He also located the waterline for a new refrigerator which was installed. He put on shoe covers when he came into the house was very polite, competent and approachable. This was not my first experience Bruce Nelson Plumbing. Personally, I feel like I’ve always had good service from them Including Shannon and the other office personnel!
Had a plumbing leak coming from a leaking elbow in my basement ceiling.
They came out the next day and had it done fast.
I wasn't able to use my kitchen sink water, so fast service was important.
Cost $475. But fast service was worth the price.
