Insensitive and impatient customer service. Very unhelpful.Called for questions about my infant urn needing paint touch-up (from the display rest causing scratches to the paint). Was told there was ‘no such thing as urn repair’ before even asking what I needed help with.I asked if they do any type of paint retouching and was responded with ‘nope’.Woman offered no further help of any sort and sat on the line saying nothing. How can a company who deals with urns and burial items be so rude and insensitive to grieving customers?

Our local Brown-Wilbert sent a man who must have not been trained at all as things were not set up completely. The tent was not up when we arrived. It was raining and windy. Family members had to help set up the tent. The man never came back with the sides for the tent so the family (widow in her 90's) stood while the the wind and rain blew through the tent. This is completely unacceptable for a company to do to a grieving family. If there was another company close by, I would be getting them to do our family funerals from now on.

We've been with Brown Wilbert a long time. They have always done a great job and are very friendly all the time.We are lucky to be partnered with a fine establishment!They have always gone the extra mile for our firm!!
