I've been to a few chiropractors, at Beseman Chiropractic they genuinely care about their patients. They made the publics health their mission through chiropractic care and healthy lifestyle choices. They use the best practices in office I believe they've came across. They encourage the Maximized Living diet and workouts (super intense and good for beginner, intermediate, and advanced body weight exercises) to top it all off, That means they believe in regular stretching to keep the body healthy.
