If I could give this place more I would. I brought my kitten to a different Banfield and had TERRIBLE service. Decided to give it a try one more time and I am so glad I did. They are so compassionate and care for my Goose. if I could recommend doc Davis a million times I would.

I have used Banfield for more than 13 years.for the care of my pets I especially like the Larpenter clinic previously located in Roseville at the PetSmart. I love the Larpentuer clinic from the front desk The vet techs and assistants all of the Doctors they have been nothing but kind, courteous, efficient, and loving to my pets and our family. More importantly my animals are very happy to go there. We’ve also experienced having to use euthanasia for our pets there again. The staff is kind and courteous from the front desk to the actual euthanasia to the process of picking out what to do with your animal after the procedure. this is a very balanced clinic. All the staff here is super Nice and Friendly But Keenan is the best my kitten got a hernia after being spayed cause she was being to active and has to have hernia surgery he had called me to check on something different but asked me if he could help me with anything else I told him I couldn't afford the price for my cat surgery and he help me find a solution and it brought my out of pocket costs way down so I can afford her surgery.. so thankful for him
