Very very good providers! Even though there are sometimes hiccups with administrative/customer service things at Allina, the providers have always been top notch, and the Bandana Square clinic is no exception. I’d highly recommend the pediatric providers here. Good doctors were previously hard for me to find until I started going to the Allina outpatient medical clinics.
Another pleasant visit in the books with Allina. This was my first time at this particular location, and the experience was a good one from start to finish. Right away, I was greeted by Nurse Julie, who had great energy and made me feel welcomed. She got me checked in smoothly and set the tone for a positive visit. I was scheduled to see Dr. Dahlberg--a provider I chose somewhat randomly based on some positive reviews, and I'm happy to say those reviews were spot on. Dr. Dahlberg was thorough, approachable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I appreciated that he didn't seem rushed or irritated by my questions and took time to go through my asthma test results with me. It turned out we uncovered some underlying issues, and I feel confident moving forward now that we have a plan in place following some baseline testing. In today's healthcare environment, where care teams are under constant pressure to do it all with a smile, it can sometimes feel forced--but both Nurse Julie and Dr. Dahlberg came across as genuinely engaged, and that made all the difference. Grateful for this level of care and professionalism.
