Man what can I say about this place . We have one of the pool robots and it broke. The service guy Paul ..who I just confirmed has been names the patron saint of pool robot fixers really saved us. Paul not only tracked down the warranty ...fought with the company for days to honor then fixed the robot like new. But that's not all ...when we got the robot home we realized that something was wrong with a the cleaning bag in the robot. Paul took care of that free of charge too. Ohhh did I mention he didn't even charge us for his time fighting the insurance place on the phone. Thank you so much Paul and poolside for the amazing service...you just gained a customer... read full review

We have been using them for years, at our previous home and at our current home. . They are very knowledgeable and their customer service is exceptional. They are quick to help solve your pool or spa problem and get you back up and running as soon as possible.

Poolside installed my 34x16 in-ground pool in the Summer of 2022, in St Anthony Village MN.
Since then, they've been nothing but a spectacular and professional group of people to work with. My kids absolutely LOVE our pool. For store purchases, pool maintenance/repairs, to the pool build itself, they are the best. No major construction/renovation job is without minor issues, but probably the best part about Poolside is they always make it right, and they will NOT leave you hanging.
