They are a spectacular and professional group of people to work with for store purchases, pool maintenance/repairs, to the pool build itself. No major job is without minor issues, but they always make it right, and they will NOT leave you hanging. A contractor that stands by his work is a rare thing. They always make it right. Knowledgeable staff and great customer service! They brought me up to speed on the products and gave me excellent recommendations that helped me make a great product choice. Also, they put a service plan in place so maintaining my product would be simple. I looked at quite a few pool companies, but I received the best customer service from poolside. I was really happy with the final product and I dont think any other pool company could've delivered what they did. Poolside was very responsive! I would give them more stars if it was an option!
