Wow! Great service!
I bought a pool for my kids. I had “ No idea” how hard it was to balance the chemicals. I called 20 places, stoped in one, guy was crabby…. I got treated pretty poorly.
Then I Walked into this location, and a young guy name Reed helped me. Not only did he explain the chemicals, he didn’t “ over sell me” on things I didn’t need.
I then stoped in a week later trying to buy a different chemical to get my “ free chlorine “ number better, and he was patiently listening my story, and he reminded me I already bought the chemical I needed week prior! It was hilarious!
Reed will go places in life.
Very happy with this pool location… read full review
Poolside is a professional, knowledgeable, awesome company. They installed a new liner and steps for us and their work was beautiful. Eric, Johnny, Wyle and Ethan were super friendly and explained what they were doing. We also use Poolside for water testing/recommended solutions and pool closing. We have used other pool companies over the years - then we happily found Poolside. Always our go to now - highly recommend.
We had Poolside install a inground pool for us in late 2021… We worked with Rob Anderson on the project… He was knowledgeable and made the process easy from the start… Rob was a true pro who made sure we were 100% happy with the finished product… We use them to open and close our pool every year and any service questions that pop up as well… Scott, Todd, Greg, and Tegan, as well as everybody else always greet you with a smile, answer any question you may have, and make you feel welcome… I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pool or any other product they offer… 5 stars… Thanks!
