This place has so many records it will take you all day to get throught it. The staff is super friendly and always welcomes you in. They have a really big selection of new arrival vinyl. Along with rare records, and budget records. It's a great shopping experience. But it is one of the highest priced stores in the metro. On average about $8 to $10 more on most titles from what I see at many of the other stores. Not the new vinyl but used. I do recommend this store you will find something cool. But beware parking is tough at times so be prepared to circle the block several times to find a space. or take the train to Raymond Street Station two blocks away.
A great vinyl record shop. Records are alphabetized by genres. A wonderful variety. Today we were looking for vintage Christmas records. A real treasure trove of some old classics! Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable in a comfortable setting. Would highly recommend checking it out!
If there's one record store to visit in the Twin Cities, it's this one. Each time I visit, I find truly wonderful rare gems. The store is unique and their inventory is vast. Their staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Love Agharta Records!
