April provided the most thorough healing treatment I've ever received for my areas of pain and discomfort. She is a true professional who is also an athlete so she knows the kinds of issues that can develop as a result of heavy training. She is also an awesome human being and I am absolutely booking with her again as soon as I'm back in the Twin Cities area. Can't recommend highly enough.

I've neglected my legs (versus my back) for far too long. Due to an injury I asked for some deep tissue work on my legs. April spent an intense hour working very deep to loosen up the fascia and begin to get the tissue pliable again. Muscles that have been weak and ineffective from being tight were allowed to begin functioning properly. Not necessarily relaxing, sometimes uncomfortable, but never painful and highly effective. All at a very reasonable rate. Strongly recommended. I've already booked another session.

My husband and I have been going to April for several years. We both had injuries from car accidents and falls. She has been able to work with the guidance from our doctors and help the healing process. The massages have also helped reduce the pain.
