I’ve been coming here since 2018 and I don’t plan on going to any other barbershop. I was specifically looking for a woman barber & I found A1 Cuts on Facebook. After booking my appointment I met Madie & she’s the only person that I’ll let cut my hair. She did my undercuts back when I wore braids & now she cuts my hair completely bald as I have alopecia. She’s always honest & transparent with her clients about haircuts, styles & designs. She also uses the “TheCut” app which makes it easier to book/reschedule/cancel appointments.

I have been coming to this barbershop for I believe over 8 years now and received an excellent hair cut every time. What’s lovely is that it’s not just the haircut it’s also the conversation, the cleanliness of the shop, the team that’s here. Love the consistency of effort and determination.I stared coming here when I would get a fade, by the same barber. And now that I have locs I still come see the same barber! She’s amazing at what she does! And the environment and neighborhood of the shop is amazing because it’s my born city!
