Customer service from Nate was outstanding. My issue required a part that was difficult to acquire (and the wrong part was sent by supplier the first time). This ended up requiring three home visits before getting the part installed, but the repair cost remained the same even after needing to do repeated visits. Very happy with the outcome and the refrigerator is back and running again.

Matt was really good. He contacted me with arrival time and was on time. He communicated what the issue was with our dryer, what it would take to repair and what it would cost. There were no surprises and he got the repair done and was very thorough in testing to make sure everything was working correctly.
