Although the outcome was not how we planned, Blake and his team did everything and anything possible to help recover our hard drive. Incredible experience, superior customer service, very competitive pricing, and they for sure care about their customers and their time. I've had 2 experiences with CRU, and both times they soared above my expectations, getting back to me within a day of me dropping off a repair. They even provided significant suggestion to future computer investments, and overall, they are just a great group of people.
