Although the outcome was not how we planned, Blake and his team did everything and anything possible to help recover our hard drive. Incredible experience, superior customer service, very competitive pricing, and they for sure care about their customers and their time. I've had 2 experiences with CRU, and both times they soared above my expectations, getting back to me within a day of me dropping off a repair. They even provided significant suggestion to future computer investments, and overall, they are just a great group of people. I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs a computer repair done quick and right.Edit: Third time coming in, and like, seriously, these guys give 1000% in customer service. I had a virus on my computer. I had attempted to clear it myself but was unable. One quick FB message to Blake and he had it fixed remotely within 10 minutes!!!!! Thank you, Blake!!! As always, you guys rock!
