I called Fiedlers to come out to pump my Septic; Bri was very friendly and explained pricing and timing. The guy who they sent out, Roger, was very professional and answered all of my questions with no hesitation. He also investigated the problem of why we did not here an alarm when it was full and found that the pump had burnt out. He offered to get a quote right away for the installation of a new pump.. The very next week they sent out the guys to replace the pump, the float and the electrical plug that got burnt. They then tested my alarm. They were all very thorough and friendly. These folks are the best. Bree (spelling?) and Darryl couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. Darryl went out of his way to dig through the snow to find the cover on my split tank and pump things out after my drain field froze. I cannot recommend these folks strongly enough.
Absolute greatest service and support! We've been customers for a decade or so and wouldn't consider anyone else. I've needed emergency service 2 times in the past 3 years . Of course, it happens in the depth of winter with lots of snow and ice covering the system. The first time, Mike came out immediately and solved the problem in short order. Today (on a cold holiday weekend), Mike walked me through the solution on my own - he stayed with me off an on for an hour with a video call until I solved it. Thanks Mike! Thanks Feidler!
