About Xperience Fitness Roseville
Xperience Fitness Roseville is a well-equipped gym that offers a convenient location and reasonable prices. The facilities are serviceable and clean, with a wide variety of machines and equipment, including a 25-yard lap pool. Members can also access a covered parking area and clean locker rooms with lockers that require a personal lock. However, the gym has some drawbacks. The men's locker room can appear a bit grubby, and the opening hours are not always reliable. Some members have experienced problems with the gym not opening on time, with staff failing to arrive within a few minutes of the scheduled opening time. This has led to frustration and inconvenience for those who rely on early morning workouts. Despite these issues, many members have expressed satisfaction with the gym, citing friendly staff, easy membership sign-up, and a clean and inviting entry area. However, some complain that the gym prioritizes cardio equipment over weightlifting equipment, leading to lengthy wait times for popular machines.Overall, Xperience Fitness Roseville is a solid option for those looking for a convenient and affordable gym, but it falls short when it comes to reliable opening hours and equipment availability.
While I loved the location the membership fee was just too much. Canceling the membership is what is driving this review. I was charged the annual fee the month after cancellation. Even after calling I was then charged the monthly fee. I never received a refund despite being told it would be taken care of. I had to get my bank involved to block payment. Needless to say super frustrating and completely preventable through a small amount of customer service.
I’ve been coming here for a few years now, overall it’s a pretty good gym. The main issue is machines remain broken or broken down for weeks, even up to a month or two, at a time. For example, right now the hip abduction machine has been broken for a month. If you are looking for a gym that has upkept machinery this may not be the right fit for you.
Update: still broken
Went in with a Guest pass. Lots of great workout equipment here as well as a pool, and some less traditional workout tools like tractor-tire flips. Plus there are instructor-led classes too. The changing rooms need a little TLC, which could be a deal breaker for some people, but overall a decent spot for a variety of fitness options.
