My entire experience with installation of an air conditioning and furnace package could not have been better. From the representative from Excel to the installers. Every person I worked with was knowledgable, professional, and patient.

I couldn't get done what I needed online. Took a week to get a call in. A couple of days the customer service lines were "down" then it was 20 minute hold times. Finally got a person. I asked to cancel Home Smart, thought it would take ages, took two minutes, prompt and knowledgeable service, it just took ages and frustrations to get there.

I didn't know if I would ever use this, but I did. My furnace stopped working on a thursday. Called right away at 7am. Dude that helped me on the phone wasn't the nicest. But KB service called me back about an hour and a half later and got someone over later that afternoon. Sean came. He was awesome. Figured out what was wrong with it. They needed to order part and told me Monday. I went and got some space heaters and waited the 3 days. On Monday kb service called me back, and said they were sending ado out. Again. He was super awesome as well and got my furnace up and running! Not sure if I should be leaving review for homesmart or kb.
