This place is amazing! I usually have to wait a month for my next eye exam at Park Nicollet, but they took me in the same week I called in! Dr. Loerzel was very friendly and informative. I did have trouble getting my insurance to work, but the staff was so patient and tried their best to help me. Overall, the experience and customer service went above my expectations!
Cathy, the Optician, is great. She helped me with my glasses. She answered all my questions, helped me to choose frames, and cleaned all my old glasses. She is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. Thank you Cathy for your service.And, all other opticians (Liz, one of them) in this locations are good too. Sorry I don't know their names.
