We had an exceptional experience with Universal Home Healthcare, Inc. while navigating how to find PCA services for one of our family members. We made a number of calls to other PCA services and they were the only company we felt comfortable working with. They helped explain the process and guided us through getting it set up smoothly. They were easy to get a hold of, flexible, professional, and reliable. Communication with them was excellent as well. They made the process very easy. I highly recommend using them for PCA services. If we ever are in need of PCA services again in the future, you bet it will be with them. Ask for True Yang! She was great!
