I really should not have to give up personal information to get quality customer service. I'm sitting in the shop watching person after person go ahead of me. I'm taking my business back to my former barber. he is farther away but gives much better customer service.

I changed my mind and upgraded her to a 5 star based on a recent haircut. If you're looking for a cost-effective hair cut, Gina is your woman. It's a tiny salon booth in Sola (in Roseville), but every time I get my haircut there, I'm really pleased. Amazing job!

I understand the need to make money - as the wife of a small business owner, I am deeply sympathetic. However, I am a customer servant first and foremost in my work experience, and this business does not have their customers' interests at heart -- only making money. I booked an appointment a month in advance to redeem a $50 Living Social voucher at Supernatural Hair, since there were no other appointments available any sooner. I guess I was counting on a reminder call since it was booked so far out -- my neighborhood garage sale happened to be scheduled the same day as my reservation, and with no reminder call, it slipped my mind.
