Extremely disappointed with the level of customer service this office exudes. Went in because my tooth had chipped. According to their website, and my insurance company, they accepted my insurance. The lady at the front, who was clearly having a bad day or just hated her job, felt it wasn't necessary to not find my insurance. So she said that I was required to pay over $300 for the procedure. I reluctantly accepted. After a quick exam, I was then told I needed to pay ANOTHER $500 to fix my tooth. Nowhere in this lady's explanation did she mention to fix my tooth would cost me almost $1,000. She said $300 for the procedure, not $300 for them to look at me, and... read full review

Well I've had the worst luck trying to get a wisdom tooth pulled for over a year. Either they weren't available when I got off work, cost too much, or I didn't like the staff. But I found Emergency Dental Care USA & I was skeptical because they haven't had any reviews recently. Well calling & setting the appt was easy. I came in on time. Filled out paperwork & was seen within 10 mins. I went to my room , had some X-rays. Doctor came in & was very kind & explained what he would be doing & how it should go. was recommended to utilize this facility for my five year old, by a pediatrician dentist, who has two infected teeth and has been experiencing pain for several days. Upon arrival staff was very unfriendly. paid for services up front. Daughter was feeling nervous and started to cry once in room. The woman assisting, began pushing us to go to a pediatric dentist. Even told me "I have to wait just like everyone else. it's annoying but I had to take my kids to the pediatrician just like everyone else" so unless you are an adult, don't expect treatment.
