The entire staff is welcoming, reassuring, and patient, making patients feel comfortable and in good hands. The staff, including Dr. Stanek, are professional and thorough in their eye examinations. Patients appreciate the efficient check-in and the clean and brightly lit office, making visits a pleasant experience.
The exam was smooth, pleasant and thorough. He explains things very well. I'm particularly happy that the retinal exam is not as painful as it has been in years past (not at this practice).
Dr Hein was thorough, friendly and professional. I have a follow up appointment to check peripheral vision and dilate my eyes. Concerns with my peripheral vision was something I’d forgotten to talk with the technician about.
I recently had an appointment with Dr. Aaron Tsai. He explained everything in detail and what I need to do moving forward. He asked if I had any future questions and I felt he listened to me. His service was excellent.
