This company is poorly managed! Two kids have died under the management of yall PEDIATRIC HEALTH CHOICE IN BATON ROUGE AND TUPELO! Yall have no empathy for human life and should be shut down immediately!!!!!!

We have been clients for nearly 10 years, and I have never encountered a company that matches their level of care. They truly stand out among home care providers. Our daughter has complex medical needs, and everyone I’ve spoken to at the company, from the staff to the Vice President of Operations, has been amazing! They literally empathize with parents who care for children with medical complexity. Thank you PHS for being the most fantastic company on the planet!! Thank you for being the one thing we never have to worry about while raising our special medically complex children!!

They’ve kept my son alive, literally, since the day he came home from the hospital.
Our son has complex medical needs, and PHS has provided everything he’s needed — ventilator support, feeding supplies, and all the pediatric-specific items that most other providers don’t even stock. Their team understands medically fragile kids in a way that’s unmatched.

Unfortunately, our new insurance plan recently put them out of network, and we’re struggling to find any alternative provider that carries pediatric-grade supplies like PHS does. It’s heartbreaking because their service has been a lifeline for our family.

If your child has complex medical needs, I cannot recommend PHS enough. They truly care, and they make it possible for kids like ours to live safely at home.

Moving to FL has had it's challenges. Especially with Wyatt’s feeding tube supplies. We have now moved Pediatricians 3 times, as well as medical supply companies. We found Pediatric Home Service online and spoke to Shalini, an Outreach Representative. When I told her we bought our own pump and have been paying for things out of pocket because of the delays with other companies (not complaining we will do whatever is needed) she took matters into her own hands and lead control. For us. The first time I've ever felt that we were heard. Because of Shalini we had a same day delivery today along with a reference to a new Pediatrician (who we meet next week). Thank you Pediatric Home Service and a HUGE thank you to Shalini. We are forever grateful.

I noticed that my wheelchair’s handle behind me was stuck tightly that my family member had been trying to get my medical backpack off from the handle. Bad wheelchair….I seemed like I wanted to tell PHS that so bad because something was wrong with wheelchair😞 I think I didn’t want to blame it on PHS because I was not sure where wheelchairs came from, just wanted to tell PHS about the problem. It’s hard for me to learn to not blame on PHS…

Krystal our respiratory therapist is knowledgeable and always very professional. We value her as part of our team.

When our daughter needed to go home from the hospital on oxygen, PHS was easy to work with and was able to come and do the teaching within about 24 hours of the request. Hailey did our teaching and was great to work with!
