Dr. Yang gave me the most thorough explanation of my dental health I've ever had! Katie and Kathy were cheerful, kind, and helpful as well. I was worried based on older reviews about this location charging too much or suggesting dental work that wasn't really needed. I had the exact opposite experience with Dr. Yang. He was very forthright and clear about care that may be needed in the future but wasn't necessary now, and went over preventative measures that could help save me time, money, and future pain. I appreciate the transparency and kindness of the staff at this location.
Front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. I was confused in regards to if they take my insurance or not and the front desk went above and beyond to help me with my situation, even though they recently stopped taking new patients with my insurance earlier this year. They recommended places nearby, gave me advice on how to search on my own, and were extremely cordial and heartfelt throughout the process. To meet and interact with people who feel like they genuinely care to help you, regardless of the outcome, is the greatest relief.
Park dental has always been very kind and understanding in helping me make the best decisions for my teeth. They also do a great job with my treatment for cavities and crowns. They do their best to fit me in for urgent needs also.
