Jen is the best masseuse I’ve found in the past ten years. She really listens and knows how to treat bad knots. I have her focus on knots in my shoulders and she really gets in there and isn’t afraid of hurting me. I feel the tension melt away days after the session. She’s great!

Very unprofessional! I made my first appointment online and received an email reminder the night before. Was so excited to try their services, only to arrive and find the place locked with no one around. I called the number and the lady's phone was breaking up so bad I couldn't understand what she was saying. She said she'd call right back. I waited 20 minutes with no call so I left. As I was driving home, I got a voice mail saying she didn't realize I had an appointment and there was no way she could make it in. If I got confirmation of my appointment and an email reminder, how could she not have known I was coming in! I've never experience such poor customer service. If this is how they treat new clients, I can't imagine how I'd be treated in the future. Stay away unless you enjoy frustration!

Good service, professional therapists. Tried both Body sculpting and Face lifting use Cavitation and Microcurrent. It works. They give me special deal by purchasing directly with New You Body Care. Affordable and reasonable. I also tried the massage service too, It was great!
