After calling the lessons department, I was transferred to Ariel (the store manager). I almost feel embarrassed for how complicated the 'fixing' of the issue became, but Ariel helped me out when I needed it, and long story short I get to keep attending lessons. One of those situations where 'Someone didn't have to, but did' in a positive way and I'm appreciative. Also, I have purchased gear from here before and found excellent price points for cymbals, shells, etc. Look for sales on the export kits if you're a drummer!“
