I thought Music Go Round was a great experience from the get go. I came in with next to zero knowledge with a guitar I found on thrift, with a string broken and out of tune. The staff were really friendly and accommodating with fixing it up for me, and helped me learn more about guitars. Their prices are definitely reasonable for the quality of items you’re getting, and they have a lot of guitars and drums to choose from. I’d definitely check this place out again, and I definitely recommend it for any of your musical needs.
I came in the other day to see what I can get for some old unused gear. I had my eye on a few things for a trade in, and Ben took great care of me through the entire process of evaluating how much my trade in value would be worth. I ultimately decided on a new guitar and before I left, Ben offered to clean up the fret ends for me really quick. Like the other reviews people have left, you can really tell these people care about their job. This wasn't my first time here and it definitely won't be the last, thanks Ben!
As a working musician, I have been coming to this store over the past 15 years for great used gear. This store has everything a musician of any level needs. Ken was super helpful today with a guitar purchase for my son. 10/10 will continue to buy gear from this store.
