BRILLIANT TAX IS THE BEST IN TOWN! My Family has been going to Haig and Brilliant Tax now for GENERATIONS. Not only is he one of the best at what he does but he talks at events and gives seminars about what he does. Only someone fully committed to his trade would be dedicated to his trade. The value they bring to us as clients is unmatched. Additionally his staff is super friendly and responsive and helps you with any questions you may have. I can't recommend them enough. Brillant tax is the way to go.

Lilit and her team at Brilliant Accounting are fantastic and super professional. What's great about them is how they make taxes easy to understand and explain the details. Unlike other places, they're really friendly and caring while still being total pros. If I could give 0 stars I would because that what they gave me. Absolutely nothing. Brilliant Tax provided Horrible Customer service. I was stood up for my scheduled appointments with Haig on 4 different occasions. Per his request, I emailed them all of my personal and tax information but they never followed through on their end. I kept contacting them to no avail and on 4 different occasions received a new phone meeting date. Every single time they never called me and when i called they never answered or his assistant rescheduled. This went on for a couple for months as i was very patient and understanding of potential chaos surrounding tax time. However this continued to happen well past tax season and they never resolved the issue. As a new client it can be uncomfortable sending you personal information to a company via email and not through a secured site. I trusted them but highly regret doing so. I was look forward to finding a great accounting service to prepare my business, personal , non profit taxes and do my book keeping. I was extremely patient but it all turned out to be a big waste of my time. I reached out to Brilliant Tax and Accounting initially at the end of April. I scheduled an appointment with Haig on 04/26. The Day of the appointment he called to ask if we could do it over the phone instead of in person. I agreed and he gave me his email to send me my documents he said he would call at our scheduled time but never did. When i called there was no answer. I called back the following week to follow up and complain. They scheduled me another appointment for 2 weeks out. The same thing happened again however this time they asked my email to find my documents that a send over 3 weeks prior then told me that they would have someone contact me by the end of the day. That never happened. I became a little busy with life and called back two weeks after that to no avail. I received another appointment with Haig and the same thing happened again. This is unacceptable. If the office is too busy and cant take on new clients then that should've been communicated.

My experience with Chris at Brilliant Tax & Accounting Services was exceptional. Everything was handled in a professional and timely matter. My previous CPA was very quick to explain everything. Chris took his time and always picked up the phone to answer all questions. I highly recommend him.
