Laurus Athletic Rehab & Performance

I had a great experience working with Laurus! I’ve had quite a few injuries over the years and I’ve never taken the physical therapy as seriously as I should have, until my second ACL injury. I found Laurus later on in my recovery and it had everything I was looking for, the comprehensive nature of the program is extremely good. I’m very grateful to have worked with them. ACL rehab has a lot of different elements to it and this is the first place where I felt all of them were being considered. I really needed the quality of the program to help me build the confidence to return to the sports I love. Thank you!

This place is absolutely amazing. I would spend all my time here if I could. Between the atmosphere and the people, it is such an uplifting space where you are pushed to work hard. I couldn’t recommend this place more! It is also the cleanest gym I have ever been to! You can tell they take good care of the space and the people in it!

Been doing the Legends class for last year+. Played a full-weekend soccer tournament recently - first time in a long, long time. Was sore at the end but felt strong throughout. In contrast we had people dropping like flies as the games went on. Putting in the work at Laurus was huge part of it. The personal programs and training from Mike and Ben are top notch.
