Went in as a walk in and wasn't sure if they did that or not. They got us in right away. The environment seemed to be great. They were super friendly. My boys loved it. I saw one stylist have a regular come in and she knew to turn her TV to Mickey mouse for her client. Each station had their own TV. And one stylist was a trainer/teacher and she had a student under her, she showed her different techniques and also told her how to help keep the little ones occupied and side tracked on what was happening to their hair. In the back of the main portion of the salon there is an interactive game that is projected on the floor and that was super cool.
They have toys that you can purchase so be aware of the littles wanting to walk out with a toy. They also have products for kids available to purchase.

Rachel was INCREDIBLE with my 3:5 year old…. Funny, kind, creative, and patient. The bag / drawer of mystery toys kept him entertained the entire time AND his hair has never looked better. 10/10 recommend and we’ll be back!!

Melissa was incredibly professional and kind. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Rachel was amazing! Expertly distracted my almost 3 year old with tons of toys. He normally cries at first but was totally fine for this cut. And she did a great job! Highly recommend!

I made an appointment weeks ago and even confirmed it twice, only to find the Roseville location completely closed upon arrival. After the effort of getting my three little kids ready and driving there, I was beyond disappointed. The complete lack of communication about the closure was a massive oversight, and it wasted our time and effort.

If you can get them to actually keep an appointment the haircut is fine for the price. We've had multiple appointments cancelled in the last year. Two of those were less than 30 minutes notice. It's clear staffing is an issue.

Rachel did our son’s first hair cut (he’s two and an half) and she was so awesome! She had different toys ready to go when he would get a little antsy, and a TV on his favorite show! She’s so nice and comforting, or son warmed up to her right away!! Thank you Rachel!!

This is our second time at Kid’s Hair in Roseville. First experience was great. This time was terrible. We said all we wanted was to get our daughters’s hair out of her face off plus bangs. Tiffany said “so 1 inch then” and we agreed. From there Tiffany asked zero questions (where do you part her hair, how short do you want the bangs, etc.) then managed to cut off roughly 2.5 inches and give our daughter a mix between a mullet and a bowl cut. She now looks similar to Kelso from that 70’s Show. We’ve learned our lesson on asking for a specific stylist. Not only did Tiffany give a horrible haircut, but she wasn’t warm, comforting, nor patient like the first person who cut our daughter’s hair. She picked up on zero cues from me or my daughter who was clearly scared and wanted nothing to do with the blow dryer being blasted in her face. Tiffany seemed like she hated her job and wanted nothing other than to be somewhere else. This is unacceptable.
