Dawn was awesome. She brought my hair color back to its natural color and added highlights for depth. She then gave me a great haircut. I learned a few new tips and tricks that I am excited to try on my own. Definitely recommend.

Walked into my son’s appointment with an unsure 15 year old on how to say/ask about his vision of a style he wanted.
Dawn took her time talking about different trends she has been doing to same aged High School clients even tossing in a mullet option! Dawn also explained different products he could use to get the right look he wanted.
Dawn YOU made my 15 year old feel invincible today! Thank you!

I walked into Jooj for the first time inquiring if Dawn could advise me on a bad haircut from a different salon. Needless to say, I was desperate for help going to each salon and poking my head in to see if anyone could help. Dawn dropped everything, went through my hair, saw what could be done and explained it to me. She then asked if I would mind if she cut it. Mind?! I trusted her so much already just by her kindness and ability to evaluate the difficult situation. She proceeded to resurrect my hair and gave me a great haircut.
