I've never seen a more caring loving team then this place . I have been in a scary crisis and I needed help to get my insulin and they moved mountains to do it.

Nurses are zero professional. They are all over the place, make you wait over 45 minutes for the doctor to see you even if you had an appointment. Then the nurse tell you “oh sorry I was supposed to get a test before this”
Too bad because the doctors are great.

I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. I did not receive quality care here and they did not listen to my symptoms or treat them seriously. I had to go into urgent care in another clinic the day after my appointment at the Roseville North Suburban Family Physicians Clinic and they carried out the tests and treatment that should have been done at this clinic. The Dr. that saw me in urgent care questioned the care I received at the Roseville clinic and said that I should file a complaint with patient relations. When I spoke to patient relations without even talking with me they denied my appeal, and then when I reached out to the clinic director she defended the decision, even though their Dr (Dr Halvorson) failed to catch strep throat and another infection, which is why I had to go into urgent care. This healthcare system doesn't listen to their patients or even another Dr in their system (who said I should file a complaint based on my history and visit notes from Roseville clinic).

Impossible to get a referral for a billing issue. The people on the phone say they're going to send a message to the provider but yet there's still no referral

Came in 5 minutes early for my appointment. They told me the appointment was canceled (I didn't so so). They could even bother to alert me of the cancelation

This is the worst place to come for medical checkups. They make you wait for over 20 minutes. Don’t give any attention to details or even your health issues.

I have been very happy with this location and medical personnel.

Easy location, welcoming staff and professional care!

googled where to go, showed up at 7am and was told they did not have urgent care as google suggested.

Unbelievable! Terrible. Can’t get a person. Just want an eye appointment
