I think they do good work however I have 3 spots on my siding that have buckled and I asked back in May for it to be fixed….nothing yet. They seem to lack follow through after the fact. We spent - not insurance- over $30,000 on new siding and figured it should not buckle like this. But company seemed to “ pat me on the head” and say “oh we’ll be out to fix it as soon as we can” but I have yet to have them actually do anything and it’s been almost 3 months.
I can't say enough good things about EZ Home Solutions, especially after hearing horror stories from others with roof damage from hail. Shaun and his team were here when they said they would be, and did an amazing job. He did all the communication with the insurance company so we didn't have to deal with it. They were careful with landscaping and cleaned up every single nail. Shaun even came back a few days after they team was done to get on the roof and inspect the work to be sure it was perfect. He went through both the initial estimate with us, and then the final invoice, line by line to be certain we knew exactly what was done. We highly recommend EZ Home Solutions.
