The staff is friendly, helpful, and prompt, though the new location has a very tiny waiting room with only two chairs, which may lead to patients having to stand while waiting for appointments. Parking can also be a problem at this busy mall location, so it's advisable to consider traffic issues when making appointments. Despite these challenges, Drs North & Watson is highly recommended for excellent eye care and prescriptions.
I had a truly positive experience with Dr. Watson, the clinic team, and the LensCrafters staff. I was treated professionally in a pleasant environment. My eyes were thoroughly examined & my concerns were thoughtfully addressed. I also received a new prescription to improve my vision clarity.

I have been going to Dr Lin for years. He's professional, personable, and caring a great combination in any doctor. He takes the time to explain everything and answer your questions. When at 56 my vision started to become more difficult Dr Lin did not hesitate to refer me to an Opthamologist.
The optometry technicians at the clinic are very friendly and kind and make your experience quite comfortable and efficient.
Friendly staff, they explained the exam steps well. Dr. Lin was very thorough. New Location: Very tiny waiting room with only 2 chairs means patients may have to stand and wait for appointments. As others have said, office area is very cramped. Parking can be a problem at this location during busy mall times. Take that into consideration when making appointments as this is at a mall that can have traffic issues.
