My iPhone pro had the white screen of death. I went to Verizon and Apple stores and was unable to get any assistance without paying hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Less than helpful! The worker at cell tech was awesome and quickly got me a quote, which he stuck to and diagnosed the issue. They quickly switched out the screen and started transferring the data off the phone. The phone continued to turn off but with their expertise they diagnosed the other issue and fixed that as well.
The employee was invested in helping me, kind, and friendly. He spent over 6 hours and never gave up! Will refer work and friends to repair their phones as well.
My phone died suddenly and was unable to accept a charge. It was a bummer cause I could no longer turn it on. Apple Store was unable to fix it but they did offer to replace my phone for $399. They did give me a referral to Celltech which was located in the Rosedale mall. Aryan, of Celltech, was awesome to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and was able to replace my battery for $80. I’m very happy with Celltech.
