As a first time mom, I honestly didn't know what to expect when it came to preparing my body for pregnancy and birth - but working with Kelli, my pelvic floor PT has been one of the best decisions I've made.

Michelle is an excellent resource for moms at every stage, from pre-pregnancy through pregnancy and postpartum. She takes a very thoughtful, whole-body approach and truly meets patients where they are, making care both effective and realistic for busy moms. The convenience of in-home sessions and her personalized, one-on-one care really set her apart. Highly recommend her to any mom looking for knowledgeable, supportive care.
